Returns Policy & Returns Form
At SISS&CO we understand the difficulties that can often occur when shopping online. Therefore we have customised our Returns Policy to ensure your shopping experience is a smooth, effortless process.
Before your order is shipped, SISS&CO will inspect your item/s and carefully pack your purchase ensuring it leaves us in perfect condition.
In the event that your goods are delivered in an unsatisfactory condition please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your Order Number.
SISS&Co gladly offer a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive your purchase/s for any of the following reasons listed below;
- The size you ordered doesn’t fit
- The item received you believe is faulty or damaged
- You received the incorrect style
- You received the incorrect size
Please note: We do not issue STORE CREDITS or REFUNDS for change of mind purchases.
Sale Items: All Sale Items purchased are final and we do not accept returns so please choose your item/s carefully.
Accessories: In the interest of hygiene we unfortunately do not offer exchange on jewellery, braletts, hair accessories, caps, hats.
Shoes: When returning shoes, they must be returned unworn and in the original shoe box.
Items will only be considered faulty where a manufacturer fault has occurred within a reasonable timeframe. Where an item has been damaged due to incorrect washing and care, wear and tear, it will not be considered faulty.
In accordance with the ACCC and Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair or replace the faulty garment/s. If these options are not available, we will gladly Refund the purchase price (providing there is Proof of Purchase – if no Proof of Purchase can be supplied, and the item is on Sale, the item will be refunded at the Sale price.)
In the case that you need to return an item/s you will need to complete the Returns Form below and post this form along with your items to the Address listed below. Unfortunately, Returns will not be accepted after the 14 day period and will be sent back to the customer.
SISS&CO does not issue refunds for change of mind: Refunds will only be authorised in the case the item is faulty and deemed unrepairable or irreplaceable by the manufacture and this is in accordance with the ACCC and Consumer Affairs.
Your return will always be approved provided the following:
- BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME SPECIFIED ABOVE.
- BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM. ITEMS THAT
HAVE BEEN WORN CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- HAVE NO FAKE TAN, MAKE UP OR OTHER MARKS.
- NOT SMELL OF COSMETICS, PERFUME, DEODORANT, WASHING POWDER OR
- HAVE ALL ORIGINAL LABELS AND SWING TAGS ATTACHED.
Once we receive your return and subject to the conditions above, we will issue you a Store Credit (valid for 6 months) covering the cost of the item only, excluding the shipping charges. We will send your Store Credit within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Should you wish to re-purchase the item in your required size, you can purchase it with your store credit. Regrettably we cannot hold items or exchange while we wait for your item to be returned.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, we do not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage.
We inspect items upon receipt. Returns which fail to comply with the above will be returned back to the purchaser.
We are unable to process returns until your item is received and has been inspected by SISS&CO.
We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up, should that occur.
