BY PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT AND COMPLETING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

 

ALL ORDERS ARE PACKED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACEMENT, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1PM ON A SUNDAY WILL BE SENT ON TUESDAY

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12PM AEST ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 7AM AEST ON A FRIDAY OR OVER A WEEKEND, WILL BE PROCESSED MONDAY MORNING.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

WE CHARGE A FLAT RATE OF $8.95 FOR ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100.

ALL OF OUR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED USING EXPRESS AUSTRALIA POST SATCHELS. 

THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS 1 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS, DEPENDENT ON AUSTRALIA POST’S DELIVERY SCHEDULE.  IN MANY CASES, CUSTOMERS IN METRO AREAS WILL RECEIVE THEIR PACKAGE THE DAY AFTER IT IS SHIPPED. REGIONAL AREAS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WORKING DAYS.

 

IF YOU DO NOT WANT AUSTRALIA POST TO LEAVE YOUR ORDER IN A SAFE PLACE WHEN YOU ARE NOT HOME TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY, PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS IN THE NOTES FIELD WHEN PLACING YOUR ONLINE ORDER WITH SISS&CO.

 

ORDER TRACKING

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PACKED AND LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, SO YOU CAN TRACK THE PROGRESS OF YOUR ORDER.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ABOVE DELIVERY TIMES CAN CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, HOLIDAY PERIODS, WEEKENDS AND SEVERE WEATHER.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES DELAYED IN TRANSIT.

SISS&CO DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS TO CUSTOMERS FOR FAILURE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR ORDER.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING/DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR AN ORDER.  IF THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS IS PROVIDED, SISS&CO CANNOT OFFER REIMBURSEMENT FOR THIS PACKAGE.

 

We cannot take responsibility for shipped fragile items once they have left the store but will always endeavour to package your item in the best and most secure way to avoid any damage upon arrival. 

 

In the case that your parcel hasn’t arrived in the time frame stated above, please contact our Head Office via email sales@sissandco.com and we will endeavour to track your order for you.
