Shipping, Click & Collect

We know waiting for parcels and new clothing can always feel like FOREVER. So we want to ensure your expectations are met every single time you shop with us.  

Our aim at SISS&CO is to dispatch your order on the day of purchase. There are times when we are busier than others, and there can be delays. 

Same Day Dispatch 

  • All orders received prior to 1pm Monday - Friday will be posted the same day via Australia Post
  • Any orders received after this time will be posted the following day
  • Orders received Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the first business day of the following week

POST 

We Use Australia Post Express satchels with signature required for next day delivery

  • If you require urgent dispatch please make contact with our Ivanhoe Boutique 0492271079 for alternative options
  • Orders over the value of $150.00 are free
  • Orders under $150.00 will incur an $15.00 Express delivery fee
  • During a SALE period, all orders will incur a flat fee of $10.00 for shipping
  • Please note that our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit note
  • Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number through the Aus Post App or website to track your parcel.
  • In the unfortunate event your item is misplaced during transit, please contact our Customer Care team ASAP. Until this is resolved, we unfortunately can not issue a replacement item or refund
  • All postage fees are non refundable
  • Any returns are at the expense of the customer unless the item is faulty

IN STORE PICK UP

  • We offer an In store collection service Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 4pm from our boutique at 163 Upper Heidelberg Rd, Ivanhoe Vic 3079
  • If you select In store Pick Up, please allow up to 24 hours for your item to be available for pick up
  • If your collection is urgent, please call our Ivanhoe Boutique 0492271079
  • Upon collection, please have your order confirmation with you (printed or via mobile)
  • For security reasons, if you require someone other than yourself to collect your order, please leave a note with your order of the persons Full Name, otherwise collection will be denied

SALE & SPRING CARNIVAL 

  • During these periods, we expect to be busier than usual and may not have your order shipped on the same day.
  • Please allow up to 36 hours for your order to be shipped to you
  • During Spring Carnival and due to the delicate nature of Fascinators, hats and other accessories, these pieces will only be available for In store Pick Up
