Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase and it fits seamlessly into your wardrobe! On the odd occasion, we understand things aren't right and we want you to be happy with anything purchased from our boutique.
Please read the below carefully prior to completing your purchase.
In-Store Purchases (Including One on One Styling Appointments)
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases
- Any full price in-store purchases can be returned within 7 days accompanied by a receipt for a store exchange or credit note
- Credit Notes are valid for 12 months. If the Credit Note is lost or stolen, we can not reissue this. Please store this in a safe place.
- Any purchases made during a ‘promotion’ are considered Full Price
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange unless deemed faulty
- Any garments that have tags removed, have been worn or washed, altered or damaged will not be eligible for a return
- Items that can not be returned; earrings, swimwear, fascinators, hair accessories, undergarments or bodysuits
- Any 'PRE-ORDER', or 'PAID IN FULL' purchases are eligible for a full refund, as they are paid for prior to SISS&CO having the stock available to sell.
Online Purchases
Prior to posting your item/s back to us, please email heysis@sissandco.com to receive your Returns Authorisation Number (RA#)
If your return is received without initiating a return, the return will be denied
- All full price purchases made online are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items marked ‘SALE’ or ‘FINAL SALE’ are not eligible for a return. If you would like to exchange your size and we have the size available, we are more than happy to accomodate this. Please include this in your email to our Customer Care team - heysis@sissandco.com
- Any garments that have tags removed, been worn or washed, altered or damaged will not be eligible for a return
- Items that can not be returned; earrings, swimwear, fascinators, hair accessories, undergarments or bodysuits.
- All postage costs associated with a return are at the expense of the customer
- Once your return has been submitted, please ensure the item is posted back in time for the 7 days return window. If the item is not sent within this period, the return will be cancelled
- If you prefer to return your online purchase in person at our Ivanhoe Boutique, you are welcome to do so. In this case, please visit to our Ivanhoe Boutique within 7 days, and we will gladly assist you
- Any 'PRE-ORDER', or 'PAID IN FULL' purchases are eligible for a full refund.
- IN STORE PICK UP - Prior to leaving the store with your purchase, we encourage you to try your item/s on to ensure they are the correct size, fit and there are no faults. If you choose to leave the store without inspecting and/or trying the item/s, our in-store policy applies.
Repeat Returns
- We offer a flexible returns policy to allow you to shop with confidence
- We do monitor the number of returns made by customers
- Continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused
Faulty Items - Online & In-store
If you believe you have received an item/s that is faulty, please email us ASAP along with up to 3 images explaining the fault to heysis@sissandco.com
They will assist you in the process, and organise a Return Shipping label for you.
- In accordance with ACCC; if a replacement is available or we are able to repair a minor fault, we will do this prior to offering a refund.
- All ‘faulty’ items will be sent off for inspection and approval by the brand before deeming an item faulty. This can take anywhere up to 14 days from the time we receive the item
- If your item is deemed faulty by the supplier, we will process your refund to the original payment method. For an in-store purchase, we require you to be in-store with your original card
- At the time of preparing your order for shipping, if we find your item/s to be faulty we will contact you to advise you and offer you another item or a refund
Store Credit
Store Credits are valid for 12 months for Change of Mind purchases.
While gift cards in Australia have a mandatory 3-year expiry, voluntary store credit notes for "change of mind" returns are not always covered by this, allowing for shorter, clearly displayed, valid expiry dates.
